Overview Our CNC
Machine Event and Performance Monitoring system (Asset Monitor) offers Real-Time monitoring of any
electronic equipment, providing production statistics, mobile phone
texting, and email notifications on key machine signals and events. The
system also archives the production data so that you can historically view
shop floor production over a year, month, week, day, or shift period.
The system is web based, so that any PC with a Browser and
user permission can access the system and its data. The system
can monitor many signals on the CNC Control. Below are listed some
of the common ones:
Asset Monitor
supports a wide range of CNC Controls including GE Fanuc. For Fanuc i-series controls supporting the
Embedded or Fast Ethernet interfaces, our system only needs to be connected
to that network to collect the signals listed above with the ability to access
much more. To communicate with other
machines, we provide an I/O device which allows discrete signals from the
machine to be connected to the system. Asset Monitor
utilizes state of the art Microsoft SQL Server Database technologies to
gather and monitor CNC Control data and performance information in Real-Time. We offer cost effective solutions for small
installations, and scalability for larger enterprise configurations. The web based user interface allows access to the system by using your existing web browser. No software installation is required. The system provides three levels of drill-down, allowing you to view performance for the following: · Entire Facility · A Supervisor responsible for a group of machines · A Group or Cell of Machines · An individual Machine The screen shots below are typical examples of the user interface.
