Department Management

Instrument inventory is categorized by department. The user can set-up and select departments supporting instruments requiring periodic calibration.

Calibration Scheduling

The CalMan program automatically calculates the date each instrument is due for calibration. The program lists instruments in tabular form, highlighting over-due instruments for easy identification.

Functions are provided allowing the user to view and/or print any department's calibration schedule. Calibration due dates are highlighted on a three month calendar. The calendar and instrument list can be printed and used as a posted schedule for each department.

Calibration History Reporting

As instruments are added to a department, re-calibrated, or removed from a department, CalMan maintains a historical record of each action. This historical record can be viewed and/or printed providing detailed record of instrument maintenance.
Instrument Management

Functions are provided allowing the user to maintain an inventory of instruments for each user-defined department. Each instrument has the following information assigned to it when first entered into the system:
  • Instrument Number
  • Instrument Name
  • Calibration Date
  • Calibration Period
  • Calibration Procedure/Standards
  • Calibration Acceptance Criteria
  • Calibration Rejection Procedure
This information allows the CalMan program to inform the user which instruments are due for calibration, their scheduled calibration date, and associated calibration procedures.

Tip the scales in your favor by using CalMan to manage your equipment maintenance needs.
